Our Story

Meet Megan and Kasia, two individuals with a lifelong passion for neatness and order. Their journeys into the world of professional organising began separately, with Megan founding "Pigeonhole Organisers" in March 2018, and Kasia launching "Love Being Organised" a year later in March 2019. It was a stroke of fate that led them to discover each other's work by mid-2019, and they secretly admired each other's unique approach to organisation.


By December 2019, they became Facebook friends and started following and appreciating each other's organising posts. In January 2020, Megan and Kasia had their first coffee meeting, where they realised that they shared the same high standards and level of work. It was a match made in Heaven, and the concept of MK Method was born.


In April 2023, Megan made the decision to immigrate, and she started her own international organising venture. Meanwhile, Kasia became the sole owner of MK Method in South Africa.


Being professional organizers goes beyond simply putting things in their place. Megan and Kasia understand that the task can be overwhelming, and many people don't know where to start. Their structured approach and keen eye for what works have made them experts in the field. They believe that every household and business can benefit from organisation, leading to increased success and peace in life.


MK Method is more than just a name; it's a testament to their unique organising approach and unwavering attention to detail. They aspire to be the Marie Kondo's of South Africa, taking pride in delivering nothing but the very best. Elite, higher-end containers are not only functional but also visually appealing. They are particularly ideal for areas that are frequently exposed to visitors, such as walk-in pantries or open shelving. However, more budget-friendly containers can serve the same organisational purpose effectively. Regardless of your choice, investing in containers is a wise decision, as they will continue to serve their purpose long after our work is complete, ensuring lasting organisation in your space.

What's the difference between a Professional Organiser and a Productivity Consultant?


A Professional Organiser focuses on physical spaces, helping you declutter and organise your home or office. A Productivity Consultant, on the other hand, specialises in optimising workflows, time management, and productivity strategies. MK Method primarily provides Professional Organising services.

How to apply my vinyl labels?


  1. Begin by gently rubbing the labels with an old rewards card or similar flat object from your wallet. This ensures the vinyl adheres to the clear transfer paper.
  2. Carefully peel the vinyl off the white backing paper at a slight angle.
  3. Place the vinyl and transfer paper combination onto your glass jar or container.
  4. Using your finger, press down on top of the vinyl and then slowly remove the transfer paper. If necessary, press the vinyl down to ensure the letters adhere to the container.
  5. After removing the transfer paper, press down on the vinyl once more to secure it in place.
  6. Congratulations! You've completed the process. We hope you enjoy your beautifully customised labels.
